Reservations/Availability/Policies

* Call or e-mail to make a reservation

* Reservations will be held for 3 days and confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract (see contract page) and a security deposit of one night's lodging/week reserved: $250 plus 6% MD tax ($265) . Balance is due at least one week prior to arrival.(Personal checks payable to Above All Else @ Windsong are the preferred method of payment, however, VISA, MasterCard and Discover and American Express are accepted)
*A rental contract will be signed (See "contract" page).
*The laws in the state of Maryland will be binding.
*Confirmation of reservations will be mailed and you will be notified

via e-mail if available.

Once reservations are confirmed and placed on the availability

calendar (as no longer available for other inquiries), there

will be a $75/week cancellation fee .

*Cancellations MUST be made seven (7) days prior to
planned arrival date for a non-holiday week and
FOUR WEEKS prior to a holiday week to ensure balance

is held for a future booking or to receive a refund if we are

able to rebook the week(s) reserved.

Cancellations for reservations between March 16th and

October 14th must be given 4 weeks prior to planned arrival

to ensure balance is held for a future booking. There is no

refund of deposit if cancellation notice is received within 4 weeks

or 7 days as stated above. There will be no refund for a

"no-show". If reservations are cancelled prior to the 7 days or 4 weeks as stated above, you will receive a refund of $190/week reserved if we are able to rebook those week(s). If we are unable to rebook the cancelled reservations, we will hold $190/week cancelled for a future booking within 12 months.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are welcome.

Personal checks (preferred method of payment)are accepted

with a valid credit card, payable to Above All Else @ Windsong
*Final payment is to be made in full at least one week prior to arrival.
